You do not need to create an account or register on this site with any personal details to be able to place an order. We do not keep any of your personal details on our site.
You can pay using a credit or debit card online or by telephone, or with a Paypal account.
Your details will only be used by us to process your order and not passed to any third party.
Shopping on this site is easy and secure.

Delivery Policy.

We aim to dispatch stock items within 3 days of receipt of your order.
Mainland UK deliveries will be made by Second Class Post, due to the weight of our items. We aim to keep postal charges at a minimum. If faster delivery is required then please contact us for a price.
Orders up to £25.00......£2.50 p&p
Orders over £25.00.......£5.50 p&P
Overseas delivery please contact us at boxesandbooks@gmail.com for prices.
When your order has been dispatched you will receive a conformation email.

Returns Policy.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order then please inform us within 7 days.
Goods that are not acceptable for any reason, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement or return of goods.
We should be informed of damaged goods immediately and a refund or replacement can be arranged.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 30 days of date of receipt.
Our returns policy does not effect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy.

We take your privacy seriously, and all the information that you submit will be used with the utmost of care and security.
We will not retain any personal information after it has been used to process your order. None of the information will be held by us on our computer or passed to any third parties.
